TECHNICAL INFORMATION

BEST-Primer C is a solvent containing primer for the pretreatment of polyolefines and non-polar synthetic materials, e.g. PP, PE, PTFE or of silicones before bonding with BEST-CA instant adhesives. BEST-Primer C consists of 99% CFC/FC freed carrier agent and the actual pretreatment agent.

BEST-Primer C is a primer to be used in combination with all BEST-CA adhesives. It is suitable for the pretreatment of bonding surfaces made of non-polar synthetetic materials which are difficult to bond, e. g. polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoximethylene, silikones, polyamide > 6.6, PTFE. Subsequent bonding with BEST-CA 212 delivers best results.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply BEST-Primer C on the bonding surface (brush, spray or dip). Allow product to dry off completely (5 – 10 minutes) before application of adhesive and assembly. Bonding process has to be completed within 24 hours after application of BEST-Primer C.

CURING
With all BEST-CA instant adhesives fixture time is reached within 10 – 30 seconds.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, well ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Shelf life in unopened original container: 12 months (room temperature)
