Use of BEST-MK metal adhesives! There are 4 main applications for BEST MK Metal adhesives. These are securing of screws against loosening, thread locking against gaseous, liquid and dusty agents, sealing of surfaces and the bonding of coaxial parts

BEST - CA instant adhesives

Cyano-acrylate basis

Adhesives based on an ester of the Cyano-acryl are fast curing, when enclosed between the bonding surfaces.

BEST-PL Light curing Adhesives

Curing when exposed to UVA or visible light, radical

BEST-PL adhesives cure when exposed to UV or visible light for the bonding of glass, translucent plastics with each other or metals, ceramics and non-translucent plastics.

BEST-KL Light Curing Epoxy Resins

Curing when exposed to UV or visible light, cationic

BEST-KL adhesives are one component, modified epoxy resins adhesives. They cure at room temperature when exposed to UV or visible light. BEST-KL adhesives are easy to dose. No mixing of several components, no potting time restrictions. The curing is achieved at room temperature.

2-components epoxy resins adhesive

2-components epoxy resins adhesive for the bonding of metals, plastics and wood among and with each other.

BEST-Cleaner/ Activator / Primer

BEST Clean 2000 / Aktiv-A / Aktiv-C / BEST Primer

To achieve good adhesion between the adhesive and the bonding surfaces it is mandatory to remove all residues from greases, oils and other pollutants with BEST Clean 2000. For pretreatment regarding the bonding of anaerobic adhesives (BEST-MK types) we recommend the cleaning with BEST Aktiv A. A pretreatment with BEST-Aktiv C is required when using Cyanoacrylates (BEST-CA adhesives) for bonding of porous materials, parts with an acid surface (pH 1 - 5) or for larger gaps.

Our BEST-UVA curing lamps can be used multi-purposely. From curing of light-curing adhesives and potting compound of glasses, plastics and metals to the production and repair of plastics with light-curing epoxies.

BEST-Silicon Adhesives

Silicon adhesives

Silicon adhesives with high elasticity, good shear strength and high temperature resistance for bonding of glass, ceramics, enamal, wood and metals. Silikon 301 is translucent and self-levelling, acetic acid interlacing. Silikon 401 is brown, temperature resistant up to 300°C and oxim interlacing.

BEST-MA High power Adhesives

2-components Methacrylate adhesives

2-components adhesive on methacrylates basis. Highest strength even on surfaces difficult to adhere. Double cartridge 50g.

BEST-MK Anaerobic/light curing adhesives

Anaerobic/light curing adhesives

BEST-MK anaerobic/UV-light curing adhesives are one component, capillary adhesives, free of solvent with high shear strength and based on a Di-Methacrylate ester. Additional to the anaerobic curing mechanism the adhesive can be cured very quickly through exposure with light at a wavelength of 320 up to 500nm.
